Surface mount technology (SMT) is the process of placing and soldering electronic components directly onto the surface of a printed circuit board — the dominant assembly method for modern electronics. Vishesh operates three dedicated Siemens SMT lines from its 45,000 sq ft facility at Gottigere, Bangalore, with a combined capacity of 206,700 CPH and full component capability from 0201 passives through to BGA, LGA, CSP, and 0.3mm fine pitch QFP packages.
Vishesh's SMT assembly services are part of a fully integrated electronics manufacturing services operation — covering everything from incoming material inspection and solder paste printing through to reflow, AOI, and functional testing — under a single ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified quality system, issued by TÜV Rheinland.
