Vinod, a qualified accountant with over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and software and worked in various senior level positions in MNCs.
Vinod is a Leader and a Visionary whose main objective is customer satisfaction and believes that industry and business will grow only when customers are happy. Vinod believes in quality coupled with quantity as a trump card for business success. Vinod has been instrumental in decision making and setting up of the new factory facility in Bangalore.
Director Marketing
Rammohan is an engineer by qualification and has an experience of over 30 years in various industries and has developed as an entrepreneur with a motive of enhancing the lives of the people working in the industry by providing various employee benefits.
Rammohan has been spearheading the Marketing activities for Vishesh Innovative Technologies. He has been a key person in setting up of the new state of the art manufacturing facility. Rammohan does lot of charitable activities and believes in giving back to the society. Rammohan is one of the trustees of Sri Shankara Cancer Hospitals and supporting poor and downtrodden.
Director Production and Operations
Kishore Jena is an engineer by qualification with over 20 years of experience handling various senior positions in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industries like APC by Schneider Electric, Motorola etc.
He has developed expertise in understanding the Indian EMS environment and leveraging its strengths for Transfer of Manufacturing Technology. A highly quality oriented person with meticulously analyzing the various operational requirements and implements the same as per the customer requirements. Kishore has been instrumental in optimizing the machines and overall automation of the activities.
Head – HR and General Administration
Rajashree has masters in Arts and has been associated with Vishesh from the beginning and has been the member in all the decision-making processes.
Rajashree has an acumen towards employee’s welfare and administration of the company and has been introducing various employee activities to ensure the employees satisfaction.
