Vishesh Innovative Technologies (VIT) provides precision electronics manufacturing services for OEMs and enterprise programs—covering in-house SMT & THT PCBA, testing & programming as per customer requirement, and precision box build.

We work best with teams that require controlled execution—clear inspection gates, predictable outcomes, and fast communication loops across engineering, sourcing, and operations.

Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 certified (TÜV), plus ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.

  • In-house SMT & THT assembly capabilities
  • Fine pitch packages supported (incl. 0201 and BGA/QFP-class builds)
  • Dedicated workflows for PCBA/testing and mechanical/box-build assembly
  • Special processes such as conformal coating and X-ray inspection for critical components
Core capabilities

PCBA, testing & programming, and precision box build

PCBA (SMT + THT)

In-house surface-mount and through-hole assembly for reliable, controlled builds.

  • SMT & THT/PTH assembly
  • Fine pitch & small package support
  • Inspection gates and controlled rework loops

Testing & Programming

Supported as per customer requirement, aligned to acceptance criteria.

  • Defined test stage before pack-out
  • Programming/firmware loading per procedure
  • Documentation & traceability as required

Precision Box Build

Mechanical assembly and system integration support for complete product delivery.

  • Sub-assemblies and final assembly
  • Pack-out readiness and dispatch support
  • Partner-supported wire harness when required
How work moves through the factory

Process flow & inspection gates

Precision electronics manufacturing depends on two things: where inspection is placed and how fast feedback loops are closed. Instead of treating quality as an end-stage activity, we structure builds with defined gates across incoming, SMT, PTH, final inspection, testing, and dispatch—so issues are detected early and contained.

For enterprise programs, these gates are aligned to your acceptance criteria, documentation requirements, and traceability expectations, with escalation and rework loops built into the process.

  • Material audit & incoming inspection:
  • Verification against BOM/AVL, quantity checks, and condition checks (including packaging integrity where relevant)

  • Kitting, PCB preparation/baking:
  • Controlled issue of components to the line, PCB preparation and baking when required

  • SMT Build Flow:
  • Solder Paste Printing → Print Inspection → Pick & Place → Pre-Reflow Checks → Reflow → Post-Reflow Inspection → Controlled Rework Loop (if required)

  • PTH/THT Flow:
  • Component Preparation → Manual Insertion/Stuffing → Wave Soldering → Lead Cutting → Touch-Up → Visual Inspection

  • Final stage:
  • Final Inspection → Testing and Programming (as applicable) → Packaging & Logistics → Dispatch

How to evaluate a precision EMS partner

A practical checklist enterprise buyers use to qualify suppliers.

  • Clear inspection gates and rework containment
  • Defined testing stage before pack-out
  • DFM input to reduce constraints and lead time
  • Process control practices (SPC / FMEA / Lean / Six Sigma)
  • MSL/ESD-safe handling where needed
  • Ability to support special processes (coating, X-ray, etc.)
  • Responsiveness across engineering + operations
  • Traceability and documentation discipline
Testing & programming

Supported as per customer requirement, aligned to acceptance criteria and the product’s risk profile.

  • Testing is treated as a defined process stage before dispatch
  • Programming/firmware loading as per customer procedure
  • Results captured and shared as required for approvals
  • Supports integration with final assembly/box build flow
Special processes (reliability)

Capabilities that support demanding builds and quality-sensitive products.

  • Selective conformal coating
  • X-ray inspection for critical components
  • Vacuum sealing for MSL components
  • Tape & reel support for module manufacturing
  • Ultrasonic welding (plastic enclosures)
Quality built into the process

Quality system & execution discipline

Quality is maintained through repeatable processes, disciplined execution, and a culture of continuous improvement. We follow manufacturing standards and practices such as 5S, SPC, Kaizen, FMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma—not as buzzwords, but as operating principles that improve consistency and reduce variation.

For enterprise engagements, we align the depth of quality reporting, documentation, and control plans to your program requirements—so you get the level of visibility needed for internal reviews, audits, and long-term reliability expectations.

  • Process Control Mindset:
  • Monitoring key process steps to prevent defects rather than relying on final inspection alone

  • Corrective Action Discipline:
  • Structured root-cause thinking to address recurring issues and prevent reoccurrence

  • Audit and Review Cadence:
  • Periodic quality audits and management reviews to keep processes stable and continuously improving

  • Engineering Alignment:
  • DFM input early to reduce constraints and lead times, and to improve manufacturability and testability before builds scale

Lead times (for reference)

Lead times vary by BOM and sourcing model. Typical drivers include PCB fabrication, active components, and test/pack-out scheduling.

  • PCB fabrication: 4–7 days
  • Active components: 30–45 days
  • Passives/connectors/harness: 7–15 days
  • SMT + box build + test + pack: ~5 days
