All four certifications are active, independently verified, and available for customer audit. Vishesh's EMS facility in Bangalore operates under a single integrated quality management system covering quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
Quality Management System
| Issued by | TÜV Rheinland |
| Cert No. | 01 100 2036301 |
| Valid Until | 20 Nov 2025 |
| Scope | PCBA & Box Build |
The global baseline for quality management. Every process — from order intake to delivery — operates under documented, auditable procedures.
Automotive Quality Management
| Issued by | TÜV Rheinland |
| IATF No. | 0462566 |
| Valid Until | 20 Nov 2025 |
| Scope | PCBA & Box Build |
The automotive industry's quality standard. Required by Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers globally. Most EMS companies in India do not hold this.
Environmental Management System
| Issued by | TÜV NORD |
| Cert No. | IND 104 23394881 |
| Valid Until | 21 Nov 2026 |
| Scope | Full Facility |
Confirms Vishesh operates with documented controls on waste, energy use, and environmental impact — required for export readiness and RoHS alignment.
Occupational Health & Safety
| Issued by | TÜV NORD |
| Cert No. | IND 126 23394881 |
| Valid Until | 21 Nov 2026 |
| Scope | Full Facility |
Worker safety systems are audited and maintained — increasingly required by global OEM supplier codes of conduct, particularly from European buyers.
Certifications describe the system. What follows describes how that system operates in practice at Vishesh's EMS facility in Bangalore.
Statistical process control (SPC) is applied at the SMT and soldering stages — a Six Sigma methodology that tracks process variation in real time and flags deviations before they become defects. The goal is not to inspect quality in; it is to build processes stable enough that defects don't occur in the first place.
The production floor runs on 5S discipline — sort, set in order, shine, standardise, sustain. Combined with LEAN manufacturing principles and a structured KAIZEN cycle, this keeps the facility organised, waste-reduced, and continuously improving. Improvement cycles are documented and tracked through management review meetings and Small Group Activities (SGA).
For every new product introduction (NPI), Vishesh conducts a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) — a structured review of what could go wrong in the assembly process and how to prevent it before the first production run. DFM (Design for Manufacturability) guidelines are provided to customers upfront, not after a failed first spin. This reduces revision cycles and compresses lead time at the engineering stage.
AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) runs post-reflow on every board — not sampled. Line 1 uses the VI Tech Vi-3KA; Line 2 uses the Honel HV-5000. Every board that passes through PCB assembly services India production is optically verified. First pass yield is Vishesh's primary output metric: high FPY means fewer reworks, lower cost, and faster delivery for the customer.
No restricted substances in manufacturing processes. Full material traceability supports RoHS declarations for your end product.
Relevant for products going into industrial and power applications where IEC or UL certification is a market access requirement.
IPC-certified trainer on-site. Assembly workmanship follows IPC-A-610 — the global acceptance standard for electronic assemblies — to Class 2 or Class 3 as required.
Certification scope covers both PCBA and Box Build — not just bare board assembly. Many certified EMS companies in India cover PCB only.
When you source from an uncertified manufacturer, your own quality team must conduct supplier audits — factory visits, process reviews, corrective action tracking. Vishesh's four active certifications mean TÜV Rheinland and TÜV NORD have already done that work. Their audit reports are available on request as part of the qualification pack.
If your end product goes into a vehicle, your Tier 1 customer will require IATF 16949 certification upstream. Vishesh's IATF 16949:2016 certification covers both PCBA and Box Build — making it one of the few automotive electronics manufacturing partners in Bangalore that satisfies this requirement end to end, including for defense electronics manufacturing customers with equivalent traceability demands.
European OEMs in particular are increasingly requiring environmental and safety management certifications from their electronics manufacturing services partners — not as a preference, but as a condition of the supplier agreement. Vishesh's ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, both from TÜV NORD, mean this requirement is already satisfied without additional qualification steps.
