SMT Assembly

Siemens pick-and-place across three dedicated lines. Component capability from 0201 passives through to 0.3mm fine-pitch QFP, BGA, LGA, and CSP packages. Up to 16-layer PCBs.

Through-Hole Assembly

Manual THT stuffing and wave soldering for through-hole and mixed-technology boards. Connectors, transformers, and mechanically stressed components assembled to IPC standards.

AOI Inspection

Automated optical inspection post-reflow on all three SMT lines. Applied to every prototype build — not reserved for production runs. Placement, polarity, and solder joint quality verified before dispatch.

X-Ray Inspection

BGA and LGA solder joints verified with X-ray inspection. Available as standard for complex packages at prototype quantities — not an upgrade. On-site BGA rework station for any required rectification.

Functional Testing & Programming

Board bring-up, functional testing, and firmware programming to customer specification. ICT where applicable. Every prototype is dispatched verified — not just assembled.
